Conder Marine is a family owned and operated business that began in the Winter of 2008.

Conder Marine was created in the recession of the Winter of 2008 when Russell Conder was made redundant from Powerboat Services (formerly of Hewletts Road, Mount Maunganui). Russell had always wanted to run his own business and had the expertise and backing to make it happen. So when the opportunity arose, he took it and the business, which was initially run servicing outboards out of the back of one little van, grew from there to become the largest Outboard Motor marine repair boat dealership in Papamoa, Bay of Plenty.

We now also service the wider Bay of Plenty covering Te Puke, Rotorua and surrounding lakes and other areas by prior arrangement in our mobile service vans.

Conder Marine are agents for Honda and Tohatsu Outboards, and sell new outboard motor engines and Smartwave / Mac Boats. We have an experienced team that cover all outboard servicing, trailer repairs and warrants, new sounder sales and installations and electrical wiring, in fact we do most things relating to trailer boats.

Our team is made up of honest, highly skilled factory trained marine technicians, an eager to learn apprentice and top notch support staff who all genuinely enjoy our jobs. We’ll look after your boat like it was our own. Our guys are experienced operators of all of the outboard computer diagnostic systems and can save you time and money by finding faults and tuning your outboard motor using our diagnostic software.

Our head Master Technician, Russell Conder, is not only an Outboard Motor Mechanic & Powerboat Specialist, he’s a good honest bloke who loves rugby and fishing and always tries to look after his customers. Russell is one of highest qualified marine and outboard technicians in NZ, making his team the best choice when you want to have your outboard motor and powerboat serviced. He is extremely experienced in servicing and mechanical repairs of outboard motor engines from 2hp through to 350hp, for all makes and models on all types of powerboats.
